What type of license agreements are used?

Golden Spoon Franchising Inc. is an officially registered franchise company. We adhere to franchise law and best practices in the areas we operate. Our domestic contracts include Multi-Unit Franchise agreements, which provide franchisee rights to a specific geographical area and each store within that area, as well as individual Franchise Agreements for each new store. Our international contracts are Master Franchise Agreements which provide for both franchising and sub-franchising rights/capability within the specified country/region of operation.

What are your fees?

The initial domestic franchise fee for the first store is $35,000. Subsequent stores are $30,000 each with a 50% deposit required up front upon signature of the Multi-Unit Franchise Agreement. The remaining 50% for each location is due upon finalization of the corresponding lease. The monthly royalty fee for Golden Spoon is a flat fee of no more than $2,000 per month. It is a graduated fee structure during the initial start-up of each location. The monthly marketing fee is a flat fee of $250 per location. It is utilized in the development of our brand and in the building of marketing tools to be deployed on a local level by the franchisee. International fees are similar but are handled very differently. Details are available through our discovery process.

What are the next steps in the process?

• Download, complete and return the Application (This is NOT an offer to purchase a franchise).
• Golden Spoon Franchising will review and qualify all applications.
• If initially qualified, the prospective franchisee will download and review the Golden Spoon FDD.
• Read, sign, and return the FDD receipt.
• If selected, the prospective franchisee will participate in the discovery process. This is a personalized and efficient process between Golden Spoon Franchising and the prospective franchisee.
• Upon completion of a successful discovery process, dates for closing will be set at which time the franchise agreements will be signed.
